Task: Produce Event Management Summary
The Event Manager must produce a consolidated view of the Event Management activities in the engagement, the experience gained and recommended improvements, so that it can be reused in other services.

Event Manager should collect evidence such as work products, performance measures, results and improvement information derived from the Event Management and document the information for future purpose. The information recorded in the Event Management Summary is made available to those engagements who will be planning and performing the Event Management activities in a similar way. This information helps in assessing the overall performance of the Event Management and there by trigger for continual improvement.
